So I'm delivering pizza in -45 and my vent won't blow any air. Before it would only blow air on 4 but now only shoots out idle air and I'm freeZing. I'm just wondering what fuses to check because I think I checked them all or if any wiring could have gone loose?

I don't know which fused area you need to look for but in my 2003 Sonoma one is under the hood on the drivers side and the other is behind the drivers sides door towards the front. From what you are saying you may have some kind of water that has frozen somewhere in the blower area especially if it worked OK in earlier and warmer times. If possible take it to a garage which is warmer than 32 degrees F or 0 degrees C. Let it warm up and then see if you have fixed the problem. Do not set the blower on AC since it might cause you freezing problems in extremely cold weather. The fuse may have blown if the blower motor has become stuck because of water frozen in the blower area or the blower motor bearings may have frozen up. Also is your temp gage showing 195 degrees F? If you have don't have enough anti freeze in the system the cooling system fluid could have frozen in the heater lines or become slushy. Anti freeze must be able to meet the true outdoor temp not the lower wind chill temp. Due to the laws of thermodynamics wind can only cool things at a faster rate not to a lower temperature. If you fix it and it had something to due with extreme cold you may want to look into getting a nighttime engine heater.

I don't understand what you mean by idle air? If the blower motor is blowing air than it has to be a problem with getting warm radiator fluid to the heater core.

I forgot to update I just say down in the jimmy about to drive away when I put it in drive and heard a noise like oil draining out if a bottle to fast then the heater lower kicked in. And what I ment by idle air is when the blower is turned off in a vehicle but air still comes out if the open vent I had just enough to defrost my windshield at the time and that was it. Anyways thank you for all the suggestion if it happens again I'll be sure to try them.

Ahhh I remember that sound from my '00 Jimmy. I'm a bit late, but your VERY low on coolant! Better check that out ...

I heard that same sound after a trucking company delivered my POS from an eBay car dealer in GA - sounded like a washing machine under the dash. Checked the radiator and this is what I saw .... P.O. must've owned stock in a stop leak company .... :ughdance:

Long story short, we drove the thing for 2 winters, and I got fed up with the never-ending repairs. Parted it out and threw it's engine in an '89 S10 Blazer, & it's been trouble free since.
