Gm parts east - not the easiest company to deal with

Just wanted to vent and ask for help.
I destroyed my lumbar adjuster during the install of my Katzkins.
I ordered part number 22878863 which shows in the diagrams as having the "adjuster" included. However, when the part shipped it did not include the adjuster mechanism.
When I explained to them the part I needed, their response was classic: well your vin doesn't include lumbar anyway.
I didn't know how to respond but needless to say, no more business with those folks. I'll post a picture of the part I need, maybe one of you kind gents can point me in the right direction

22878863 does not include the adjuster. You want p/n 23441796 which is labeled called an actuator in the catalog. Guy sounds like a moron as 1WT have lumbar and recline standard and the seat shot would dictate it. I ran two VIN's to verify that part #.

Newdude, by the way, which catalog are you referring too. I have some other part numbers I want to look up, but the online diagrams don't seem to tell the whole story.
