New GMC owner from Houston, TX

So I got married last week, and the very next day purchased a 2015 Sierra. You can say the best thing that has ever happened to me happened a week ago...

 

We've got a Disney honeymoon scheduled later this year, and my new wife surprised me with the blessing of a new vehicle!

 

Have never owned a GMC, and my last truck (F150) was in the early 00's. I'm new to the truck world again, but I'm hoping to get some great info, share stories (successes AND failures), and hopefully meet like minded individuals out in the Houston area (any other Texas Edition's hanging out?)

 

Im recently married/father/retail sales manager. I might post pics of my son or throw out shameless company plugs here and there!

Just so you know there is an update for the headlights to make them brighter. It depends on your build date. You can find the build dates under Headlight Illumination section on this site. Or call your dealer to see if the TSB (technical service bulletin) applies to your truck.

There's some part of me that just wants to chuckle being that you mention getting married and a new truck and have a truck pic in front of a mattress store. Anyhow, nice truck and congrats. Enjoy the trip too. The wife and I did Disney the year after our wedding, and it's a great time.
