Can someone tell me the difference between AMP Power steps 7615401A and 75154-01A? They look exactly the same to me. Truck Im trying to put them on is a 2014 GMC Sierra crew cab 4x4.

The one's I purchased were the 7615401A which were the plug-in play version. I also purchased the pass through cable (7640401A). I believe the other one mentioned is not the plug-in play version, you would need to tap into the door trigger.

I installed the other ones you mentioned. it wasn't that hard to install, the directions that AMP provides where pretty easy to follow. I took my time because I wanted to make sure the install looked like it was factory as much as possible.

The steps are the same. Only difference is that 76154-01A is PNP and connects to OBD-II port. I did the same thing as LaVaDog and got the pass through harness so I can still have an open OBD-II port.

75154-01A is the non PNP model that you have to remove the door panel to be able to wire in.

Both part #'s will fit both the CC and DC trucks. Only thing is for DC trucks you have to trim the board

Does the plug and play model have the LEDs lights on it as well?

Yes. But honestly the AMP LEDs suck. I got a cheap eBay strip and cut to fit under the whole cab. Far better lighting and have had it on almost a year with 0 issues. And they aren't covered by the amp steps with where I placed them.

Yes. I got rid of the amp LEDs and attached the leads from the strip to the leads for the AMP LEDs.
