2001 GMC Sierra 3500 8.1 L Exhaust help

I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this but I just wanted to know if anyone has put an exhaust from the cat to tip. I've been looking around kind of but not really sure what I should get.

 

I want it to purr when it starts and have a good deep sound. I got the 8.1, big block is bada** and I want her to sound like it.

 

Any ideas or opinions will be great appreciated

JBA Exhaust 40-3030. Had it on my 2006 6.0 and loved it. Zero drone and it takes the stock dual into one muffler and single tailpipe into a true dual system side exit.

 

 

 

I bought it because of this video. Worth it IMO.

I have dual flow master super 44s 3" in 3" out with a x pipe before the two I love the sound and it feels like it added a little hp my dad has the magnflow on his 06 8.1 Italian a dual 3" in and 4" out it sounds good also just my 2 cents worth

I have a custom exhaust shop here close to me. I was thinking of rolling up to him and asking him what he could do. I want duals for sure. Thanks for all the opinions, I'm taking all in consideration. BTW that straight pipe sounds nasty!!!
