Headlight issue. Anyone else having this problem?

So I put new bulbs in my 2015 sierra 1500 the other day and after sitting outside my shop for 10 minutes running, I go out and the drivers side bulb is out. At first I figured it was already burnt but after a closer look it wasn't burnt at all. Played around with it and tried the stock bulb and still nothing. Checked to see maybe I blew a fuse but nope. So I decided to see if there was power and so be it there was none. I put the bulb back in and played with the switch and after about 5 minutes it started working again. Worked good for a week or so and again tonight it did the same thing. Of course I went to the dealer after the first time and it was working in the shop so they wouldnt even look at it. Just wondering if anyone has had or heard of this issue. Im stumped on what would cause the sudden lose of power and then work again. Dealer did replace both headlight housings a month ago due to moisture. Just wondering if maybe they pintched a wire which is cause a short somewhere. Please help
