Why are my injectors crapping out?

At around 3k miles I got a SEL, so I called OS and they told me in #1 was out of range. I then took it to the dealer who replaced it.

 

Just yesterday at16k miles I got a SEL again. I called OS was was told that in #3 was out of range. I dropped it off last night and hope to get it back today because we are leaving to the desert tomorrow morning with the toy hauler.

 

Is this issue a common problem? I asked the service advisor and he said they never go bad.

Did some bulletin checking, nothing. Maybe a bad batch of injectors? Or a wiring harness issue?

Thanks for checking. I'm not sure what's up. It still runs fine but says its out of range. The dealer ran a couple tests and confirmed it was bad. I hope I don't need to deal with it six more times.

Each version has different injectors.

 

What filtration?

 

What fuel source?
