PaKman Posted April 12, 2015 Posted April 12, 2015 Hello all, I'm new to this thread and new to GMC. I have owned Dakotas in the past and completely modded them. Full suspension, paint, Stroker motors, turbo kits etc.. My question is regarding tires and drop. I ordered the mchaughys 4/6 drop, dub skillZ 22's. I was thinking 285/35/22 for the rear and 265/35/22 for the front. With this drop am I able to go with a 40 series tire? Any and all help / education will be appreciated!! I will start a thread in the "build" section here soon as some more progress takes place!! I picked up the drop for $739, the wheels for $960, and the potential tires for $760, install with alignment for $550. How am I doing so far. I'm new to gmc and all help and comments is appreciated!!
