First Question...I hope everyone doesn't thik I'm nuts

First off, I've got a 2011, Chevy 1500.

 

Here my question, when you use the keyless entry to unlock the truck, does the third brake light and/or cargo light blink? I pretty sure mine used to? Maybe the cargo light came on when exiting the truck, I know I've seen it light up before.

 

Anyways, it doesn't do anything anymore. Something seemed different the last time I hit the unlock button and that light has something to do with it. The brake light works and the cargo light comes on with the switch. Am I Nuts?

I have a 2014 and my cargo lamp/third brake light does NOT flash when I use the fob.

Shouldn't blink/flash. Just the front signal lights, the rear signal/brake lights and if you have the truck set up to turn them on, the headlights and reverse lights come on at dark.
