2003 S10 Zr2 rear brakes and signals not working

I just purchased a 2003 S10 Zr2 and I just noticed that I have no brake or turn signal lights, The front signals and headlights work well. I noticed that whenever I turn the left signal on the radio blinks. I also noticed that whenever I hit the brakes all of the dash lights go dim and flicker and the radio illumination completely disapears. When I put the right signal on the light bulb has a faint orange glow but it wont blink. The turn signal indicators blink really fast. The dome light and the floor lights will stay on unless I turn on the dome override switch. I unplugged the headlight switch to kinda help me rule out that as a problem. I forgot to mention that the right rear turn signal looks as though it had issues before judging my how burnt the brake socket looks. I have no rear lights at all although sometimes the brake lights will come on but they are very dim and kinda flicker. Could it be a ground, brake switch, turn signal. What do you guys think?

I may have solved my own problem, I got under the rear today and noticed that there is a ground coming from the right and left wiring harness and they are supposed to be grounded to the frame. I dont know if this is the reason why I have lost all rear lights but tomorrow I plan to go buy some ring connectors and bolt them back to the frame.

It was the problem, I bolted the broken ground wires back up to the frame and all of the rear lights started to work again.
