Hello to All & HELP

Hello,

 

I am so happy to see there is a forum where information on what the heck I am doing wrong. I have been wrestling my drivers window through two regulators now. I am at a loss, how do I adjust the regulator, the window comes down fine but when I try to put it up it jumps in place unless I help it go up which is difficult. I now have the bolts loose on the glass brackets and I am not sure if it is binding or what. Please someone help me figure this out?

I honestly thought...How hard can it be, and after two installs and the same exact thing happening with two brand new regulators with two brand new motors? I really do not want to take the other side apart but, if I must....

I cannot tell you how many times I have watch that video to see if I missed something. This is nuts. I suppose it is a good thing it's summer.
