SS1304 Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Looking to replace the factory 17" rims and tires. I wanna go with like a 20" wheel and tire combo. I have a rough country 2" leveling kit on the front of the truck. What is the biggest rim and tire size combo I can go with so I know what the limitations are? Would like a 275/60/20 fit and not rub when going lock to lock?
Big Whiskey Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 On our generation of trucks, a 2" level and either 275/60/20, 305/50/20, or 285/55/20 is pretty common. A 20x9 rim with +18mm offset seems to work really well too.
SS1304 Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 Ok, thanks. I appreciate it. I was looking at something in a 20 but wasn't sure if it would rub or not.
Big Whiskey Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 No problem. Lots of options in the 20" variety.
