They replace the rear u-joint straps and bolts at the yoke.

I haven't received a notice in the mail but it popped up on my monthly OnStar report. Has anyone actually had a problem from this? Does it need to be done immediately? I spend a lot of time out of town for work and is tough to get to the dealership.
