stick gas oedal

Hey everyone. I own an 04 sierra and the gas pedal stuck on me when i ws pulling out of a parking lot. The pedal was sticky like the rpms were reacting fast enough. But when i had no pedal i gunned it and there was nothing the truck just eased forward for about 2 seconds then the ppower kicked in and the rpms went to 5k and the teuck jolted like a bat out of hell i wasnt touching the pedal at all. But when i did touch it the rpms didnt do anything so i tried tapping the brakes and slowed down but kicked back in. So i held the breaks and shut the truck off. Got a ticket for stunt driving because of a cop. But what do you guys think the problem is. About 4 months ago it happened before. But once i turn the truck off and then back on its fixed. But i got both sensors replaced and the intake cleaned. But what do you guys think it was
