For the guys that removed that air duct lip on the bumper of the Sierra does it leave any holes after its off or affect your mpg? Don't want to remove it if it's going to look hacked underneath picture for attention 942b112e6be999a884a9f5ec099b361b.jpg

the holes faces directly downward, you cant see it unless you are lower than the bottom edge of the bumper. You remove 14 bolts to get it off if I recall correctly.

It is designed to be removed. It DOES affect MPG slightly, I used to be at around 10L/100km, now around 11.5L/100km but that was with a 2.25 inch leveling kit installed at the same time

I already have a 2.5 inch level so I feel like it won't make a big difference

I saw no difference when I removed mine. GM actually advises you to remove it before going off road.

At the dealer I work for, we've removed a few for customers already.

Now is this me being over rated when I remove it and with those holes being there im thinking about getting some of those plastic push in clips to fill the holes Soni keep dirt and crop out of there... And then if you leavened over you wouldn't see any holes as well i think it be beneficial

That's beyond overkill! In order for someone to see these holes, they will have to lay on their back and wiggle under the front of your truck. And they are prefabbed holes with metal retaining clip that the bolt screws into. If you remove bolt and retaining clip, it will look perfectly normal, even if you crawl under there and look

That's can't wait to get home and do some more stuff to my truck but I won't be back till next week but it travels great for hwy
