It reminds me of 12 foremen circling a hole on a site because something didn't work the way they thought it would. About an hour later or so they packed up, left and the whole site was closed for 2 days.

 

I can almost see those guys standing around that pole, leaving like nothing's wrong.

I see this stuff all the time in the construction industry. No one wants to look out for anyone anymore. If it's not in their job description, it's not going to get done. Regardless of right or wrong....
