6" lift w/ 35" tires...will it rub?

Hey everyone - Im new to this site, just bought a 10' Sierra 1500 yesterday, my first truck. Im thinking about going with a 6" lift with 35" tires. I've heard some people say they will rub or I might need to cut. Can anyone help a newbie out and let me know what size tires or offset I need to run to not have any rubbing or need to cut? Any help is appreciated - thanks!

The lift kit manufacturer should have recommended wheel and tire sizes to fit their kits without any rubbing.

I had a 2013 Silverado with a 6 inch lift and ran 35's no problem, my rims were 20x9 with +18 offset which is similar to stock specs. You should be good to go. Be sure and do a build thread and take plenty of pics.
