Heated/Cooled seat problems!

Ive got a 2015 LTZ CC 4x4. I have had my truck for about 5-6 months and haven't been able to feel the heated or cooled seats work yet. I can hear the cooled seats cut on (who can't as loud as it is) but never feel any real air flow. I am taking my truck in for the first oil change this weekend and was wondering what they would tell me. Has anyone else had any trouble with their heated/cooled seats not working?

It takes quite a long time, but mine get too cold and I reduce the setting.

 

The navigator usually will leave the passenger side on max cooling.

 

Someone has posted that theirs worked much better after giving the seats a thorough vacuuming.

 

 

Maybe yours have the fans working but the peltier device is not. (passenger and driver both not working?)

 

There will be a test procedure they can use to diagnose.

Both of my seat bottoms quit heating this last winter and had to be replaced. The cooling and seat back heaters still worked, just the seat bottoms quit.
