What is norm oil psi supposed to be? I recently bought a 2001 church can with 27k miles. Seemed like it was maintained perfectly but when I changed the oil, it came out like brown water.

 

I'm getting an erratic gauge, and generally have between 15-20 at idle when warm and 30-40 under load.

 

Also my gauges are sticky and jerky. Any one else have this issue?
