Watched the zone body lift install video where they show how to take the bumper off witch seemed straight forward tryd for 2 hours to take mine off and no luck I can't seem to get the peice under the head lights to pop out and I tried pulling on it every witch way what's the trick what am I missing because I got pretty frustrated and moved to a different project it felt like something would break if i yanked harder idk what I'm doing wrong... Old cars are much nicer to work on... ecfa17e0fd60bc3e46e34c368c9a3cab.jpg I do have an all terrain model idk if the lower bumper comes off like a 2500? What ever the case is hopefully I can get advice and help so I can try again tomorrow

There are two little 7mm (I believe) screws on each side in the fender wells, you will have to pop the black plastic trim off the fender at the front, just the first couple clips.. Then you need to lay under the truck and use something like a screw driver to pop each plastic clip loose while someone holds the trim piece from falling. I usually just lay a blanket down and do it myself. It only takes about 5 minutes.

I took the bolts holding the black trim off then I took I took the 7 mm bolt holding the fender trim on then behind it tucked up there was another 7mm I took off did I miss a bolt? Then I tryd to pull it off with no luck felt it i was going to snap it off... I don't think I missed a bolt as I was double checking

Any chance you can grab a picture of the 7mm bolts you speak of to make sure. I didn't miss one somehow I swear I got them all off and just couldn't get the clips to release to start getting it to pop off

you've taken all the bolts out that you need to take out, now you need to release the clips from under the truck. the first one on each side is tucked up pretty high up there and hard to get. I just pull hard and the first clip comes undone, then use a screw driver to pop all the other clips out. If you lay down under the truck you will see the clips Im talking about.

And does that finder liner pop out or is it clipped in and your saying that where you start undoing it from the fender and over there is clips there that I can undo from under the truck to get it to let loose?

I understand that under the truck at the grille section between my lights there are those tabs underneath to pop loose

Start at one corner and work your way to the other side. Try to pull it up abit and yank out.

After removing the screws just pull really hard on the corner of the trim that tucks into the fender and it should pop out.

Thanks a bunch ill try again tomorrow because weather is not great atm and have no garage and hopefully can get it. Off to take that bumper off that it's just 2 18 bolts and 2 15 bolts I believe and one clip

Bumper cap, 2 7mm on the side and side top. Pull hard from the fender side. From under the truck under the grill is held by tabs, just pry them out and pull cap off. Actual bumper is held by 8 bolts, 4 under the truck by each side of the frame on a cross bracket. Then 4 are from the top where the bumper cap is and after you remove those the bumper should pull out.
