Do not Do the LTE update to OnStar,

I had the LTE update done over a month ago.

 

Yesterday morning Nov 10 2015 my truck started doing this every time I start it in the morning and only after I start driving it. How unsafe is this as it's a total distraction. I assume they are only doing this to people who are not paying them for a subscription so it's basically extortion.

 

 

 

 

I will take it to the dealer and demand this stop if they don't fix it I will either rip out the radio or just fix it with a F150.

About as unsafe as listening to U2 while driving. Did you hit the blue button and tell them to knock it off?

It does it once but it does it every time you start the truck.

 

I'm waiting until I'm not total pissed off before I contact them....

Why get mad ? Make a call and have them fix it. Not the end of the world
