adding rear speakers to 2015 RCSB W/T?

Hi guys, I picked up a '15 work truck regular cab and would like to add rear speakers like the LT model. I see the rear plastics already have the speaker grille's in place, so I'm wondering if I got a pair of speakers are the wires already there? Any special programming need to be done to the BCM? Any information is appreciated in advance. :)
