Borla Muffler 40348

Hey kind of a random question but does anyone know if the Borla Muffler 40348 will fit on my 15' 5.3L Silverado? It's shot in the dark I know but figured I would ask.

This is a muffler that is advertised as universal fit so that's why I'm asking.

So when I googled the part number and Silverado it brought up YouTube videos with it on Silverados. I may swing by a local shop tomorrow and ask if it will fit.

Did you get your answer? I run a Borla Pro XS I believe, part # 40349 from Jeg's. Its a single in dual out and my muffler shop got it in nice and tight.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get a shop to look at it. Works been nuts and now with the holidays I can't take any time to do something for myself as usual..lol

Side I think the 40349 should be better since it is a 3 inch inlet and your OE pipe is 2.75 inches. Any competent shop should be able to make bend the tail pipes to your liking and install your choice of tips.

I have had several exhaust custom made at this shop. They do good work.

They did a resonator delete on my 96 Corvette and I have NO drone noise what-so-ever. They cut out the resonator and custom bent an X pipe and I love the sound.

I still want to keep the single outlet. I need to pull this muffler out of the box and look at it for once.
