Wish I could be there. When you are there swing by the INDY Race Parts booth. From what I understand Kevin Swindell will be there signing autographs and talking to people. He was injured badly in a heat race at the Knoxville Nationals back in August and this is technically his first public appearance since the accident. He severely broke his upper and lower back and is now in Louisville doing therapy for his lower paralysis. He was in an INDY Race Parts car when the accident happened. Really cool younger guy who has a young daughter and is getting married next year. We follow sprint cars all over the place and he is one of my favorite guys.

Didnt see him. Did run into Bruno Massel (NHRA), Vic Edelbrock, Big Chief, the shop manager for the show bitchin rides, bunch of other racers too. It was a good time. 4 hours was enough for my feet and knees.

I liked Big Chief's old car way better, but I know he wanted something lighter. Daddy Dave's looks super similar to the original Goliath. That classic COPO is wicked cool!

Daddy Daves car has awesome paint. Wasn't impressed with big Chiefs car. Not sure how he fits in it
