Hydrolic liftgate back to regular tailgate

Hi,

 

I am looking to buy a 2004 Silverado 2500HD crew cab. It has a tommy Hydrolic lift gate, but it is in terrible working order. I am looking for some advice on what it will take to convert back to a regular tailgate? I know I need the tailgate and the step bumper. Are there any other components that I will need to convert back?

you may want to look at the spare tire carrier lift as its gone and the support arm that goes across, its gone, check the bed underside at those locations. The HD frame is a solid big box at the end and should be ok.

The "Tommy lift" will easily sell on craigslist, take a pic of it before you take it off the truck
