Replacing speakers - no amp, no bose

Anyone have any experience they could share on only upgrading the speakers in a non-bose application? I'm thinking of replacing the 6x9's in the doors up front with Kicker KS 3-way 6x9s and replace the rear door speakers with Kicker KS 6.5s. I'm wondering if the high sensitivity (92 / 90) will help to make up for the higher than stock impedence. Thoughts?

I can tell u just off the radio with no amps I switched the rears out to pioneer 1602r's. If I was just gonna do speakers I think I honestly would leave them if not amped. I lost a ton of lows in the rear by adding the pioneers. Gained some highs back but I have a sub so not worried about bass loss. I'll be adding pioneer 1730c' s to the front door and dash soon but not optimistic unamped. I feel the stock system lacks volume and quality do a 4 CH will be powering all the speakers at roughly 60 watts a ch
