Lower radiator hose cold

2003 Silverado Z71

Just replaced the water pump, thermostat and flushed the radiator. There was rust but it was easily flush-able.

Now I my lower radiator hose is cold and one of my heater core hoses are cold.

I live at 7000ft elevation and it has been 30 degrees and snow everywhere.

is it overheating, did you bleed the system... a little more info is needed
