Led Driving lights

Has anyone put in led driving lights? or some people call them fog lights I'm looking for when our '16 savana comes in i would like to add some extra lights that can mount under the bumper or maybe on top that when on give a wide stance but then can go long so kinda like a spot/flood light. I don't want it to be over powering to on coming traffic so led work lights propabily would not work for on highway uses

I am looking at putting these on my 2016 Chevy Express 3500 LT.

When you see the pictures you will see that these are different and good looking.

I cannot put them under the bumper because in winter I go through a lot of deep snow in Northern Michigan. Most winters that is.

I am still figuring out out to hook them to stay on all the time.
