2016 Silverado Hood

So my 2015 Silverado is at the dealership and they put me in a 2016 Silverado as a loaner for the day or possibly weekend. Man I love the new hood on these trucks. My question is, does this hood fit directly onto the 2015? Can I just order one in my color and bolt it on? Thanks.

No it will not fit the hood is cut differently in the front

I have mix feelings if I like the hood or not. Maybe I just need more time. Is it set up with a purpose or just for looks? All I can see is that water builds up (in the holes) and turns to ice in the winter. Then you have flying ice hitting the windshield. I like the more flat or raised look hoods better.

I was concerned about that as well but mine has not had any water sitting there even with all the rain here and the level kit I put on.

Don't worry I asked the same question! Think if anyone ever has one fabricated to fit the 14-15's it's going to make it look real mean!
