Hood protector....

Hey guys,

 

I'm looking to put a new hood protector on my 2014 Silverado. I do a lot of highway driving everyday and looking for it to minimize the road chips/bugs on a daily basis. I know there are various manufacturers gm, avs etc.... Just wondering what you guys are installing and pros and cons about each. I had a avs hood protector on my 2006 Yukon Denali and really liked it, I am just concerned about noise and the potential of it rubbing on the hood.

I used a 12" wide strip of 3m clear bra.

I used Llumar Paint Protection film. I have the first 12 inches of my hood covered as well as my front bumper (I have the painted All Terrain). They have a pattern for just about every make/model vehicle, it's cut out by machine so it's custom fit to your vehicle.
