Weird Sound Coming From Engine when decelerating or reving the engine

I normally drive with the windows up and music playing so I never noticed this before. Today going through a drive through with the windows down I noticed when I come to a complete stop and the engine RPM drops to Idle it makes a very weird almost grinding sound at around 1200-1250 RPM. When I got home, I sat in the driveway and revved the truck in park and it happens everytime when I rev it up to 2000 RPM and let it drop. It'll hover at 1500 RPM for a bit and then you can hear the weird grinding sound. Here's a video, it's hard to hear over the exhaust but it's very noticeable in person.

Sounds like a rattling exhaust heat shield to me

That's what I thought and after listening to it from behind the truck, it sounds like it's coming from the exhaust. At least that's wayyyy better than an engine problem
