I have searched with no avail, so I am posting this as a new topic. Sorry if it has been covered, but I just could not find it.

I have a 2014 Sierra 1500. I recently purchased 4 LED replacement bulbs for the rear parking light / brake light / turn signal bulbs. I have the correct bulbs and they work, however due to the lack of resistance, the system believe a bulb is blown, so I get a check message in the dash display and it blinks really fast. This is highly annoying! After discovering this I went and bought a pack of resistors to wire in and solve the problem, but it did not work. Anyone who has successfully done this, please let me know how to do it!

I found the ground and the turn signal wires coming into the first bulb and wired the resistor across there, but it still does not work! Do I need 4 resistors?

Please help! and thanks in advance!
