sound of bad pitman arms??

Will there be a knocking noise if the pitman arms are bad? In asking bc i have a knocking noise while driving slow and when i wiggle the wheel there is a noise more in the middle of the truck.

Worn front end components can make a whole host of sounds. If you hear it when wiggling the wheel, I'd be checking the entire front end. Remember to jack it up from the lower control arm when checking everything.
