Painted door & tailgate handles, where to buy

Does any one know where to buy painted door & tailgate handles?  What are the factory part #'s?  Are these available both factory and aftermarket?  Which is better?  I'm looking for pewter if it matters.

Here are some part #'s for painted GM door handles I got off another site. Color matched handles are available and these guys were getting them from gmpartsdirect.com for about $23 each. These are the only colors I could find but I'm sure there are more out there.
