Intellilink SD/usb problems

I've been getting frustrated about this and if anyone knows anything about it I'd appreciate the input.

 

I've had an SD card in my truck for the last 21000 miles and it has worked perfect. I took it out and added about 50 songs to it. The truck would no longer recognize it some times it would play for 5 seconds and then stop. Bought a new SD card worked fine for about 2 weeks then same problems arise. Tried a USB drive as well worked for awhile and same thing. Now sometimes it will work good for a day how it should and other days it will see the drives are present but with no content. So I'm dumbfounded about it. I am getting some parts from mvi with the better processor in a few days or maybe I should have the dealer look at it before I replace those parts.
