Exhaust brake question

Anyone with an exhaust brake, How does your switch work? Does a single button push activate the exhaust break? And then a single push turn it off again? I have the pin config and am confused with the how the power takeoff is controlled. Do you have the option of either power takeoff or exhaust brake?

 

I do not have the EB on my truck but I am trying to utilize the EB switch to run a light bar or other accessory using a latching relay.

Press the exhuast brake and it turns on, press again and it turns off. I am sure it just sends a signal to the bcm and then goes from there.
