need help with programmation

i have a problem with my upgrade radio

 

i have 2015 silverado with io4 radio and recently i bought a io5 system ( screen and hmi) .... with GM mdi and computer i reprogram the radio first and all was working.....but.... i checked if it was update for hmi and found that hmi version can be update.

 

i did the update but then screen was turning black ........radio was still working but no screen

i did it with oem GM program so my question is ......

because my VIN , is it possible that hmi was reprogrammed as io4 instead io5 ??? and what solution can i get ???

i know radio is ok because i hear music

 

i paid much money to get the io5 system and i don't want to throw it in garbage

 

i really need a solution
