Hummer Grill Litigation Press Statement: Decision Denying Preliminary Injunction

 

 

General Motors is gratified that the South Bend federal court has refused to stop the use of the characteristic HUMMER grill on the H2 model. The decision reinforces our position that the 7-slot grill does not conflict with any legitimate Jeep grill trademark rights of DaimlerChrysler. We look forward to launching the H2 on time. It will go on sale in HUMMER showrooms this summer.
