97 Silverado 5.0 won't rev. Please help!!!!

OK I'm about to lose my mind. The truck won't rev past 3500-4000 rpm and when it gets up there it sounds like it lost 2 cylinders. Runs fine if you stay off the throttle. Give it any more than half and it throws a fit! Fuel pump and filter are less than a month old. Pump is Delphi. Cat is hollow. Fuel psi koeo is 60 and holds great. Drops to about 58 when pumps not running and holds. Engine running it's at 54. You crack the throttle it his 60 but drops quick to 50ish. I'm stumped any help appreciated

Anybody? I replaced for and it seems better down low but still misfires badly in the top end of rpm

I'm stumped. The only code I got was o2 sensors and the tps. Changed out tps to no avail. Putting my old one back on tommarow. Maybe it will burn down tonight and I won't have to worry about it anyore lol

how old are the spark plugs

They need replaced but it turned out to be ANOTHER fuel pump. Replaced it and found a bad ground and its working great! FYI O'Reillys no longer sells the Delphi pumps. Had to go precision
