Camper top

Does anyone know if a camper top from a 2012 6 1/2 foot bed will fit on my 2016 2500 with a 6 1/2 foot bed?

It might sit on there but, it won't fit correctly at the cab (different shape of the rear of the cabs) it also won't fit correctly at the tailgate. You can just put up with this odd fit at the cab, you would have to modify the cap at the tail gate. I'd not do it personally but, the appearance of my truck is pretty important to me.
