Cooldaddygroove Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 I would really like to know what you folks have done to improve on the center console storage situation. As it stands now, I have a bunch of crap bouncing around in there and its driving me nuts. The flimsy flip down divider is a bit of a joke. So.......what have you folks found? Yes, I have seen the threads on the divider that fits our trucks, but those seem to only fit trucks with buckets seats. I would love to find matching interior door pulls to the brushed silver trim in the rest of the truck. That wood grain has got to go :-) Pic for the win!
Deanjo Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 Your seats are "bucket seats". Seats are identical on a 40/20/40 "bench". What we have been doing is pulling the "20" jump seat and replacing it with the full console. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/156870-center-console-swap/

Deanjo Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 How did you get leather seats in a Regular Cab? I believe it is now an option that wasn't present in 2014.
Cooldaddygroove Posted June 9, 2016 Author Posted June 9, 2016 The leather interior was aftermarket, from Katskinz Leather. Professionally installed locally here in Vancouver

Cooldaddygroove Posted June 9, 2016 Author Posted June 9, 2016 What did that set you back? Including heated seat and seat backs on both seats, about $1600 Canadian, which is about $1200 US. Totally worth it. Sliding in and out of the truck is much easier now.
