TheScaryGuy Posted May 28, 2003 Posted May 28, 2003 Okay, I decided that this clutch I wouldn't burn out by doing burnouts..... And I didn't. Come to find out the man who did my last clutch remachined my flywheel to below specs.... meaning, heat stress cracks, clutch not fully engaging therefore leading to slippage. This really pisses me off. I've decided this time I'm completely going through my clutch system, master to slave cylinder. Still debating on a Dual friction or a centerforce 2. I still want the SOB to be comfortable to drive on the street. This all along with a new steel flywheel. Good thing I waited on replacing my balljoints, tie rods + pitman arms. Guess I'll just have to let my tires wear funny for a few hundred more miles....
