Mystery Brake Issues

So I've been to the dealer twice in 2 weeks for an issue that they can't find. I've been experiencing an intermittent vibration in the brake pedal only at slow speeds just before coming to a stop.

 

I also recently experienced an issue where I applied the brakes on the freeway and the pedal felt like I stepped on a mostly inflated ball. I let off the brake, reapplied and they were fine. This has only happened once, but I really didn't enjoy it.

 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I religiously downgrade on hills, never tow, and baby the brakes. The dealership thinks my first issue is due to having aggressive tires while my Z71 is only rated for P tires, and the second issue was caused by some forward facing camera that didn't even come on my truck. Pads and rotors checked out fine, no codes stored by abs. I call BS.
