2005 Denali door electronics not working

Hello all, I have a 2005 Denali I recently picked up and noticed the passenger side rear door locks and window motor do not work at all. All the other windows work flawlessly except that one. When I push down on the switch from the driver controls, I hear a small click noise like something is wanting to work but isent getting enough power or something. Any ideas? ive checked the fuses too.

Maybe an issue in the window motor or regulator? I believe the locks are run in the same mechanism as the latch.

I haven't tried a voltage meter test in the motor yet but have to see if the door was getting any power at all. I noticed a new wiring harness the goes between the door and the door sil, so many someone's had this issue too.
