usb ports and rear cigarette port not working

My 2014 Chevy Silverado has two usb ports in the console and they are not working the front cigarette port works for charging my phone but the rear one does not any clue on how to fix this?

Did you check the fuse guide page in your owners manual?

Do you mean only when the ignition is on or all the time?

 

The way these are wired from the factory the ports below the HVAC controls are hot all the time but the ones in the console (both inside and on the rear of the console) are only powered when the ignition is on or the truck is in Retained Accessory Power (check your Owners Manual for info).

My cig lighters on and in my center console don't seem to work either and i habe checked all the fuses.....

 

Maybe a short somewhere??
