I've read a number of threads on here about the p0446 code but I was looking for more possibilities. I've replaced the vent valve solenoid and the purge valve but p0446 keep coming back... originally I also had a p0449 but that's been gone since I did the vent solenoid. Any other thoughts?

I will tell you from experience with my 05 that I could never get that code cleared from my truck. I did the exact same things you did. Maybe try a new gas cap.

If you drive on much dirt, enough probably got past the evap solenoid to plug the rectangular canister.
