Steering wheel audio controls upgrade not working

Okay, so I did a lot of research before I did this and after it didn't work. I'm wondering if anyone has any other advice. 2007 Sierra Nnbs rcsb WT, factory cruise, has on star, am.fm.cd, full pin clock spring.

 

Bought the steering wheel harness 25776048 and audio controls 25851957. It doesn't work. I verified the harness from the clock spring to the bcm is wired for it. Haven't found the input to the radio yet to verify it's wired on that side, but I don't see why it isn't working unless the resistance for each function is different in the acadia switch and the bcm doesn't know what the signal is.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I guess no one has any other advice? I thought this was going to be straight forward, but maybe some trucks do need reprogrammed. It checked all the boxes for a wt to work though.
