Front Fender Gap

Had anyone noticed there front fender gap varies from passenger side to driver side? On my passenger side it's nice and close but on my drivers side it looks like they missed a bolt or something. Never noticed in 7 months of ownership until my dad pointed it out the other week. Now I can't unsee it every time I look at my truck.

Hmm let me go eyeball this new Denali out here (I have yet to get tired of staring at it!) and get back with you maybe they are all like that? Looks like you are attempting to measure the bottom lip of the front fender to the top of the bumper on each side correct?

They look like identical spacing on my16 denali. Has your teenager been borrowing the truck? That is kind of the way my dads Ford truck bumper looked after he let me borrow it and it slid off into a ditch about 40 years ago. The mud and dirt washed off fine and with a bit of chrome polish it looked pretty darn good but the bumper was slightly bent. It was hard to see unless you really knew it and my dad "god rest his soul" never said a word about it I do not think that he actually ever noticed it? Sounds to me like grandpop has got the kid in trouble now..........or is the wifey the culprit here maybe? Definitely a mystery cuz NO they did NOT assemble the truck at the factory that way LOL

Mine was uneven. Had the bodyshop fix it after looking at half the trucks on the lot and finding none in a similar condition. This was just a week or two into owning it. I don't think it's very hard to align the bumper yourself if they won't do it.

Likely the sides were even until someone backed into the bumper.
