How much will 305 55 20's rub at stock height?

I know all I do is ask questions on this forum without actually doing anything, but I recently came across a very inexpensive source of a tire I really like (the mastercraft MXT). The problem is the smallest size they come in is 305 55 20. I haven't seen anyone run these at stock height and they're pretty big but not huge. Would it be possible to run these without modifying the suspension? Will the rubbing be enough to damage anything?

What are you running now 275/55R20's? Just turn to lock each way and check and see what clearances you have maybe? This handy dandy chart shows the actual size difference looks like approx. 1 3/8" taller and approx. 1 1/8" wider. Back when I was younger we used to make a block of wood spacer that we could use on current tire and run it around to check clearances. Some of those were 3 inches thick for giant mudders LOL. If your tire is going to be 1 1/2" taller just make the wood block 3/4" and do the width the same way. Never looked at the tire clearance that closely on this Denali but I know they have an option for 22's so must be some extra clearance there?
