FS '81 C10

For sale, a 1981 Chevy C10 Std cab, short bed. The body is rough, and the interior is just as rough. but it does run exceptionally well and was a reliable daily driver for many years. It has a 267 small block V8 2bbl and a 4spd manual trans.

 

Here are some of the things I've put into the truck recently

 

-New ball joints, all four

-New A-arm bushings, all four

-New idler arm assy

-New front brakes with new rotors

-New brake system proportioning valve

-New4 core radiator

-Separate engine oil cooler

-New battery

-New dual exhaust system from the manifolds back, with new mufflers. Dual outlet to both sides.

-New cass/radio with 4 speakers (2-3.5"/ 2-6.5")

-New clutch

-New Eaton Posi unit

-New Richmond 3.73 gears

-New Differential bearings and seals

-New rear brakes with new hardware

-New brake drums

-New in bed tool box

-New column mounted tach

-15x10 chrome rims with 4 tires at about 60% tread (2-BFG Radial T/As, 2-winston KO tires)

 

Now here are some of the things that could need attention.

 

-No dash pad

-No carpet

-Bench seat is tore up and has a seat cover over it.

-Rear bumper bent at corner

-RF fender needs repalcing

-Some rust on the rocker panels and floor below the door.
